Frank founded Ascent Sourcing in 2007 and since then has passionately; and responsibly navigated the growth of the firm. Frank’s work ethic and desire to deliver often sees him working late into the evening or at the weekend. He began working in recruitment in 1998 and he has gone on to make placements in approximately 30 different countries.
Privately Frank enjoys playing football, wildlife spotting (in jungles, seas and wetlands), a good book, and spending time with his menagerie of animals (one of them a direct result from his volunteering days at the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home).
Jason joined Ascent Sourcing to bring his knowledge and experience within IT recruitment to the team. With multiple years of experience within the sector, he is well connected in the IT community.
In his spare time, Jason loves to spend time with his family (3 kids and a dog keeping him super busy!).
